To be eligible for the NDIS you must be an Australian citizen or hold a Permanent or a Special Category visa, be aged between 7 and 65, have a permanent and significant disability.

If you self-manage your fund, you have great liberty in deciding what support workers you want to employ for which tasks or goals you want to achieve – you can choose support workers who share interests, hobbies or talents that coincide with what you want completed or need assistance with. 

Yes. InnateCare services are available 24/7 on Weekends and Public holidays to provide you with more flexibility in having your support needs fulfilled.

At InnateCare, we understand that everyone has the right to choose a service provider they feel comfortable with and who understands their client’s goals and often this is a personal decision. Therefore, the terms and conditions of any termination periods or cancellation fees are outlined in your Service Agreement with InnateCare.

If you were disabled before turning 65 and met the age requirement for the NDIS, you may have already been receiving disability support through the NDIS. However, you can only use the My Aged Care services that are offered, such as in-home care, Home Care Packages, or residential aged care, if you become disabled after turning 65.

Currently InnateCare is not providing aged care services.
